Refund & Cancellation Policy

  1. 1. Booking Confirmation: All bookings for safaris, accommodations, and tour packages are confirmed only after full payment. Once confirmed, changes or cancellations are subject to the policies outlined below.
  2. 2. Cancellation by Customer: Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refund eligibility depends on how early the cancellation is made before the service date.
  3. 3. Refund Rules: a) Safari bookings (especially Jeep & Canter safaris) are non-refundable as they are governed by forest department regulations. b) Hotel and tour package cancellations may be eligible for partial refunds, subject to the hotel's or service provider’s cancellation policy.
  4. 4. No-Show Policy: No refund will be issued in case of a no-show or if the guest fails to arrive on the day of the service without prior notice.
  5. 5. Cancellation by Us: In rare situations where we are forced to cancel a booking due to unforeseen reasons (such as park closure or government regulations), customers will receive a full refund or offered alternative services.
  6. 6. Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
  7. 7. Service Charges: In all refund cases, bank/transaction charges or administrative fees may be deducted as applicable.
