Overview

Dhela Zone is one of the newest additions to Jim Corbett National Park and is quickly gaining popularity among nature enthusiasts. With a diverse blend of dense Sal forests, grasslands, and water bodies, Dhela offers a peaceful and immersive safari experience.

This zone is especially renowned for bird watching, as it hosts a wide variety of avian species throughout the year. Sightings of wild elephants, deer, and other herbivores are common, and while tiger sightings are less frequent, the natural tranquility of the zone makes it ideal for relaxed safaris without heavy crowds.

Dhela remains open throughout the year, including the monsoon season, making it an accessible choice when other zones are closed.
